Send photos of your tree. Get a professional arborist's written read on its condition, risk level, and what to do next — no visit required.

Email clear photos of the tree from a few angles — plus whatever's worrying you specifically: a lean, a crack, dead limbs, storm damage — along with your general property location. Jeremy reviews them personally and sends back a written report covering what he can see, the likely risk level, and your realistic next step: nothing, monitor, prune, remove, or an on-site visit if photos alone can't answer the question honestly.

What you get

• A clear, plain-language recommendation on next steps
• A straight answer about whether photos were enough — or whether this really needs an in-person look

What this is not: a substitute for a full on-site assessment. Some conditions — internal decay, root problems, hidden defects — can only be evaluated in person. If your photos suggest that's the case, Jeremy will tell you plainly and point you to an On-Site Arborist Assessment instead of guessing from a screen.

How it works
After you check out, email your photos and property location to heritagearborist@gmail.com (mention your name so we can match it to your order). Jeremy will get back to you personally with your written Tree Risk Snapshot report.
