Four generations of tree work.

Heritage Arborist is owned and operated by Jeremy VanMaanen, based in Arab, Alabama, serving North Alabama. Jeremy is a fourth-generation tree-service professional and working climbing arborist whose approach is judgment first: assess the tree, decide what it actually needs, then recommend only the work that makes sense.

Heritage serves Arab, Guntersville, Huntsville/Madison, Cullman, Marshall County and surrounding North Alabama.

Current credentials:

Certified Alabama Urban Forester. Professional climbing arborist with 20+ years of field experience.

Professional development in progress:

ISA Certified Arborist recertification exam scheduled. ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualification (TRAQ) training scheduled for October. Additional consulting and vegetation-management training is also planned.

Tree removal, trimming, pruning and stump-grinding estimates are free. Paid professional tree assessments are a separate service for customers who need an independent evaluation with written findings.
