On-Site Arborist Assessment

Not every tree problem needs the same answer. This page is for the ones that need a professional set of eyes on-site.

If you already know exactly what work you want done — a tree removed, a stump ground, limbs trimmed back from the roof — you don't need this page. Request a Free Estimate instead and Jeremy will quote the job directly.

This page is for the harder question: "I'm not sure what's actually wrong with this tree, or what to do about it." That's what an On-Site Arborist Assessment is for.

Free Estimate vs. Professional Assessment — what's the difference?

A Free Estimate prices a job you've already decided on. You know you want a tree down, or limbs trimmed, or a stump gone — Jeremy looks at it and gives you a number.

A Professional On-Site Assessment is a different service. Jeremy walks your property, evaluates the tree(s) in question for structural defects, decay, lean, root issues, disease, and storm risk, and gives you a clear, honest, written read on condition and risk level — plus what your realistic options are (nothing, monitor, prune, remove) and why. It's the right call when you're not sure a tree is actually a problem, when you're weighing whether a tree can be saved, when a limb or a lean has you worried but you don't want to jump straight to removal, or when you want a second, independent opinion before committing to major work.

What you get: a same-day emailed summary with photos, notes, and recommendations — what the tree's condition is, what the realistic options are, and why. The visit fee is confirmed with you before anything is scheduled.

An assessment is an evaluation, not an automatic sales call for tree removal — the goal is an accurate answer about your tree, not a quota.

What happens after you request one

Fill out the form below with your property and the tree(s) you're concerned about. Jeremy reviews it personally and reaches out to confirm scope and the visit fee, and get a time on the calendar — no call center, no automated booking.

Request an On-Site Arborist Assessment

This helps us scope the visit. It is not a guarantee that every request receives a formal report; Jeremy will confirm what is appropriate.

Jeremy will follow up personally to confirm scope, pricing for the visit, and timing. This form does not charge you anything.

Storm damage or an obvious removal?

If a tree split, cracked, or moved in a storm, start with storm-damaged tree: save it or take it down?. If you already know a tree has to go and want a price, use the removal estimate request.
