Tree Snapshot — remote first look. For smaller questions that may not require a site visit, Tree Snapshot provides a photo-based review.

ArborLock — ongoing documentation. When the issue involves residents, neighboring property, recurring concerns or communication history, ArborLock keeps photos, observations, recipient information, notices, professional attachments and chronology together in one case.

The purpose of an assessment is not to recommend work on every tree. Some trees need pruning. Some need monitoring. Some may need removal. Some may not justify spending money at all.
