  • The whole tree, from far enough back to see its overall structure
  • The base and root collar, including the ground around it
  • Close-ups of anything that concerns you — cracks, cavities, fungal growth, dead limbs, lean
  • The structure or area beneath the tree

If a tree company has already given you a recommendation or a written quote, send that too. It is useful context for a second opinion.

  1. Your assignment is reviewed — including whether an assessment is actually warranted for your situation.
  2. The appropriate service and scope are confirmed with you, along with final pricing.
  3. Your appointment is scheduled geographically within the available October window.
  4. Jeremy performs the assessment on site.
  5. Findings, recommendations and any written report are delivered according to the confirmed scope.
