Request Received – Heritage Arborist
Got it — your request went straight to Jeremy.
No call center, no queue. You will hear back by phone or text, usually the same day. After a regional storm, requests are triaged by hazard — trees on structures and moving root plates first.
Speed things up: send photos
Photos or a short walk-around video let an arborist give you a straight first read before anyone drives out. Text or email them and mention your name:

- The whole tree from far enough back to see top to bottom
- The base of the trunk and the ground around it
- The damage or the part you are worried about, up close
- Whatever is under or next to it
What happens next
- Jeremy reviews what you sent and confirms whether it is a fit.
- Some jobs can be quoted from photos; most large removals need a look on site. Either way you get a written scope before any work starts.
- If you asked about a tree that may not need to come down, he will say so.
Nothing has been booked or charged. If something changes — the tree moves, a limb comes down, a line is involved — call rather than wait for a reply.
